Booking Conditions
A non refundable deposit of 1 nights accommodation is required with all bookings during Midweek and Weekend Reservations. Bookings not guaranteed until a deposit is received.
Balance is payable on arrival.
NOTE: Should you cancel within 7 days of your booking we reserve the right to charge your credit card a cancellation fee. Upon quoting your credit card details you are agreeing to our booking conditions.
CHRISTMAS BOOKING DEPOSIT POLICY (20/12 to 31/01)
Non Refundable deposit of 50% of booking cost due at the time of reservation.
Further 25% installment - non refundable - due by 30/09. If reservation is after the 30/09 then full 75% Payment must be made at the time of reservation.
25% balance owing payable on arrival.
Refund/Returns Policy
Requests for a refund/return must be made directly to the General Manager.
A request does not automatically result in a refund/return.
The Non refundable deposit policy applies as stated upon booking.
The non refundable deposit is one nights accommodation or 25% of the booking total, whichever is the greater.
All Peak Season bookings made prior to September 30th must pay a 50% non refundable deposit upon booking, a further 25% by September 30th, and the balance on arrival. All Peak Season bookings made after the 1st October incur a non refundable deposit of 50%, balance on arrival.
A refund/return is only approved if Cape Palmerston Holiday Park has not deliverd on something in which it guarantees, in relation to the accommodation only.
Refunds/returns are not made on change of guests travel plans, or change of mind.
The General Managers decision is final.
